Armada Alpha 1's

my friend has them and is in love with them. the rocker is slight but it makes a big difference considering the fact that theyre fairly stiff. theyre super light, he has sth 14s center mounted. the sidecut is unreal, capped, sandwich, capped. sooo sick. hes in switzerland right now. he said they would be good in powder but im not sure because theyre not too fat. i'll see when he gets back.

do you know if they are a durable ski? more durable than the suspects?

armada is usually a safe bet for durability

Armada's biggest problem with durablilty is the sidewalls. they chip like a motherfucker. since the sidewall construction changes in the ski, id say theyre fine. i havent noticed ANY topsheet chipping on my friends pair, but i might not be looking close enough.
