Zoom in on video using premiere?

hey, i've checked around online for some tutorials but cant find anything helpful. it seems like it should be easy to do. can anyone help me out?

zooming in and out of like a picture or video?
like the ken burns effect?

select the clip, go to motion, open that up and you will see a < o > thing. click the o and the begin and the end. then use the motion to zoom in and out.

if thats what you want.
