Custom Crowbar Problem

ok so i ordered my custom crowbars from oakley 7 days ago. it said allow 5 to 7 days to ship. ok well its been 7 days. i call them. well we didn't have matte white riggers and it may take up to a month to get your product to them. i just wanted to say thats the biggest bull shit ever. anyone else have a problem like this?

hahaha have fun dude. mine were ordered on dec 14th. i got them two weeks ago with THE WRONG LENS. so i sent em back and still havent received the ones with the right lens. call and complain, they will give you free overnight shipping at least.

i already have overnight because i bought two items. but ya i just think its kinda rediculous. and i don't like the seth morissons that much whoever said that. i really don't like any of this years other than the jp's and they have the wrong lens for me

Quick Update... well there isn't an update. called today. guy was all bitchy to me. and i think im gonna cancel mah order. fuckin tards at oakley gave me three options (pay attention to third)

1. Wait for white riggers to come in

2. get em' with black riggers

3. CANCEL ORDER

WHAT KIND OF DUMB FUCK PEOPLE PEOPLE DOES OAKLEY HIRE. HE DOESNT" GIVE A FLYING FUCK ABOUT THE FUCKING COMPANY. I"M PRETTY MUCH RETARDED AND KNOW NOT TO TELL A CUSTOMER THAT. AND AS MUCH SHIT THE ECONOMY IS IN AT THE MOMENT, THEY COULD REALLY USE MY 140 BUCKS. WHO THE FUCK TELLS THERE FUCKING CUSTOMER TO FUCKING CANCEL THERE FUCKING ORDER. sorry for all the fucks but thats fucking rediculous

end of story not buying from OAKLEY anymore cause they suck a .5 inch cock.

Wow they told you that you could cancel your order because you were unhappy with its progress and you flip a nut like that is a bad thing.  Seems to me that you are the one being unreasonable here if you can't wait when they told you it was out of stock allowing you to cancel your order is pretty much standard practice.

ive been waiting 3 months for my pair? that unreasonable? i think so. moment skis, a tiny little company, managed to send me new skis when they had a bad topsheet within the week. oakley on the other hand doesnt give two shits about their customers, hence why 3 months later i still dont have my gogs

if they "put you on with a manager" and still don't do anything, then ask them to go higher up. You can threaten to cancel and threaten to give them a bad wrap to everyone you know, they won't like if you do that. demand that shit, tell them i have never had these kinds of problems, and i want some fucking t shirts and shit

a) you are unaturally foggy
b) you are doing it wrong
c) you got a bad goggle, in which case the company better replace them.

Wow I didn't say anything about it being great customer service just that it was nice of them to let you cancel your order if they couldn't fulfill it in a reasonable time.  They are admitting they suck now you just have to decide which option you want to take be it waiting or getting goggles from somebody else.

its not nice of them to let him cancel his order, i guarantee any company would do that... there is no upside to this situatoin and i would be letting lose on this shit.

Evo gear was taking a long time to ship out a pair of bindings and a while to get them to me. Not only did i get PX12's for 95 bucks, but i got an extra 10% or so off since they took long (like only 2 or 3 days longer).
I bought a pair of skis, they didnt ship for a week, they finally told me they didnt ahve any in stock and couldnt get them in stock, so i said alright, give me a pair of skis just as good and i want it to be about the same price (is was $90 for TM limited, which is insanly cheap) and so i ended up getting Fischer addicts for possibly below cost (like 145) because i told them i want skis for about the same price. Turns out the addicts are also like twice the ski the TM are and i absolutly love them

Ok my last post got a little misunderstood or I took something else wrong.  I am in no way saying it is a good thing that the order can't be filled.  I was mostly saying that there is no reason to flip shit as the op did about them letting him cancel his order if he didn't want to wait or get a different product.  If they don't have any white outriggers and it is a month until they get some then they fucked up in their inventory system but probably nothing they can do about it at this point.
