176 isn't too long for you, especially at 180 lbs. twin tips should usually be longer because a portion of the tail doesn't touch the snow (cause its upturned), which makes them ski shorter than race skis or gaper skis. also, especially with the symmetrical skis, park skis ski a lot shorter because they tend to be mounted close to center, which makes them feel kind of pivot-y and short.
so out of the three, i'd say chronics are probably the most quality skis. they're pretty stiff though. if you're looking for something softer, the disorderlys would be fun. i ski them and i'm 175 lbs and 6'3''. they are moderately stiff underfoot and get really soft near the tips and tails, which makes them super fun for butters. i've never had any stability complaints on jumps, although haven't hit anything over 50 feet.
never skied the ledges but i do know they're a price point ski.
and for size, they should come up to around your forehead.
