when u come home from an epic day of skiing and you tell your parents you landed a new trick what do they say
lets see when i told my mom and dad i landed the front flip all they said was were u wearing your helmet and i said yes and they just said well if u do anymore i want your helmet to b on.  they didnt even say good job or anything they just said dont get hurt .
so what do your parents say when u tell then u landed a new trick

my dad thinks it is awesome.

my mom hates it. "why would you treat your body that way".... wtf? "omg dont tell me that, you could really hurt yourself" "you did a what?! is that a flipy thing?" "dont do that anymore you will get hurt" "i cant watch you compete, i will see you get hurt, i cant see that"

so *I THINK* i invented a grind (i wouldnt be suprised if its been done, but ive never seen it) called a frogslide and i told my dad about it and he said theres no way in hell i can actually do it. so i went skiin wit him and showed him and just freaked out for a second and then tried to contain himself and said i was gunna break my ankles or knees doing that rofl

My dad ski's as well, so he thinks anything I do is awesome pretty much, and when I tell my mom something, she's usually like "Thats awesome, good job!" Then I ask her if she knows what exactly i'm doing, and so I always have to explain it to her.

ya my mom makes fun of me when i tell her i did a new trick lol she is a hair dresser and when she is at work and they get on the subject of skiing ske is all like" ya i am going to do a rodeo 450 on truck driver" i get so emparest cuz she knows what it looks like so she is just saying ya i am going to spin 450 and everyone is like really u can do that and she just says fuck no i wish lol she loves to make fun of me

actually, if you get a jump thats steep enough to do it and you commit its pretty easy. i've only done it once, but it was first try and on a really steep kicker, wasnt a problem. i bet if you get the hype to do it and its a good jump ull get it

hahaha...its all good dude...my parents don't give a fuck about me skiing...all they say is don't get hurt...my dad doesn't consider skiing a sport so he doesn't care at all if i do good or not...he just misses me playing football and baseball...but so do i.

my mom works at the same mountain as me(wilmot), so shes often there when i land somthing new so she is usually stoked when i do it...
