Depends what you wanna ski. I went in the winter one year and got insane powder skiing everyday. I'm from Wisconsin, so that was the sickest thing ever. But if you want insane park go in Spring/Summer.
whatever sessions there are in july are probably good choices.
their park is usually gettin good by then, but more importantly, the conditions are probably best. That being: good chance of super sunny days, warm, etc, and (if the pnw ever gets any more fucking snow) a good base to ski on. June can have pretty crappy weather; totally hit or miss. August can be good, but in a less than average snow season like this... probably too late.
