Stupid old lifties

so on my like 20th day this year with my season pass this old fart lifty, like 60, proceeds to tell me that i am using someone elses pass.  given, i am throwing a thizz face on the pass.  but i am wearing the same bandana, goggles, jacket and beanie.  He asked me my birthday, and still didn't believe it was me.  he made me go back to my car to get my wallet to look at my drivers license which he procceded to examine for no joke 1 and a half minutes.  like i am gonna get a fakie just to use my friends pass?  so he held me up for a half hour on a pow day, finally beliving it was me and then told me he was gonna call security on me, and then tries to joke with me.  I then told him that he is really not very good at what he does  and then boarded the lift.

the lifties that work the PARK LIFT at my mountain are MENTAL.
the park lift.
remember that
they stopped the lift because:
they thought my friend didn't unstrap his snowboard.  he just had his foot in the binding.
i left my pole straps on my wrists
we tried to take snowballs up the lift.
we didn't put the bar down.
someone was smoking
all this crap
it goes on and on...

that sucks dude. especially on a pow day I would get really mad. I use my friends passes sometimes and its never been a problem. Where was this?

some of the patrollers that check passes at 7 springs are like that. i was lapping the park one night when there were literally three people in the park and every lap this guy checked my season pass. i made like 20 laps and this guy checked every time,

Schweitzer lifties are whack. I was there with some buddies and skied for free since my home mtn and schweiitzer were under same management for a year or two. They were saying things like "Go back to the Cascades!" and shit cause my home mtn is in Washington, in the Cascade mtns. Like it was all fun and games, but they got real annoying and the conditions fucking blew. When I got home I skied a foot of fresh. Ive never had good conditions at Schwietzer and ive been a total of probably 11 days there over the years.

The old ones at my hill are nice and all know me because they have been there forever. There is this one guy who always checks my pass. One day lapping a lift this guy checked my season pass at least 12 times in a row and I ski at a gaper mountain so I was probably the only one wearing bright ass yellow and black everything with my own set up. I understand that I can't expect a guy to remember me when he checks hundreds of people in  a day but about 3 hours in wouldn't you begin to recognize me?

the park lifties where i ride are awesome but the rest of the hill they are super lame and are always checking passes and wearing shitty gas station sun glasses

Once when I skiing I was just lapping the park everytime I got down the bottom of the lift the lifty made me get out my pass and check it literally 20 times. By the fifth time he was asking "Brooke can i see your season pass please?" Wtf by the end he new my name from my pass. Saying that though the lifties at my mountain are frinedly and chill. By the end of the season we're friends with a few of them even go out with them.

honestly im a big fan of the  foriegn ones tat dont speek english and are idots. this a select few but on the east coast it is like none of the lifties are american.

the lifties at my hill are awesome! there is an older guy who blasts classic rock and play's it on his broom guitar....

then there is one ridiculously fat one who must have something shoved up his ass. because he is always a jerk.....

most of the liffties at my mtn are dopeheads so they are pretty mellow but there are a couple jackwads one will stop the life just to see if snowboarders are wearing a leash

if you have a season pass they just scan you and your good normally.

do this then.. every time you he checks your pass, say something to him just like whats up or hows it going.. after you talk to the guy for a few laps he'll start to remember who you are and he wont keep checking you.. It works I promise, Im on a name to name basis with many lifties and people who check passes.. once they see I have it they leave me be for the day

there are these two ladies.  one of them looks likes a 14 year old boy, and the other one is like 40 and has red hair.  they are super uptight.
all the west virginian hick-lifties are balllller.    best lifties ever.
