Long term weather forcasts

anyone know where you can find long term weather forcasts like more than 7 days in advance?  i know that they will be fairly innaccurate, but if somewhere could say that there is a storm brewing out in the pacific 10 days out, it would atleast give me some hope for some pow.

weather.com has a 10-day. I recommend looking at the satellite images.

thanks dude.  thats what im talking about.  I just needed some hope.  in a week i will hopefully snow hard for 5 DAYS!!!   i have something to look forward to

Long term forecasts are generally predicted using statistical models which allow for a shitload of error - so basically they run off historical data. Anything more than a few days out is useless

snow-forecast.com seems to be a prime example of this, it is probably the most inaccurate weather forecasting service i've seen
