so i went to throw a switch 5 today and just as i left the lip and started to spin i felt a sharp horrendous pain in my back just above my right hip. i failed my landing miserably because of the pain. anyway, managed to ski to my locker, took some painkillers and was just about to go back on the lift and the pain shot dow my back again. went to the meds and they said go to a hospital asap, sounds like you may have fractured your spine. now i knew this was highly unlikely but went to hospital anyway. after 2 x-rays and a lot of prodding about they concluded that i have actually ripped my "latissimus dorsi" muscle in my back and i'll be out for 6-8 weeks!!!!
i'm right to be pissed aren't i?
any suggestions to make it better quicker would be really greatly appreciated xD if not, things to kill 6-8 weeks as fast as poss would be good too...
