i was playing hockey today and i ate it real hard. I put a pretty big crick in my neck and it hurts like a bitch and i can barely turn my head...i can't even check my blind spots while i drive. I leave tomorrow for Jay Peak tomorrow so its pretty bad timing. Any advice for a fix? I took a couple hydro but that only helps a little. Probably not much more to do besides ice, but if you've got an idea ill hit you up with karma
