okay i have a ? how do you exactaly do a backflip what are the # of steps and what are some tricks to make it eaiser and are there any tricks that are eaiser that invole flipping ??

u answer yer own post?

Can u do one on a tramp?

If the answer is no then go to a pool and do them off a diving board until u get it down

then do one off a small ledge into a nice snow pile

then go to a soft jump and do it on skis
