Here are 11 100% wool hats. I have one more that is maroon, grey and dark blue. I plan on doing more with 'better' colours. I'm basically considering these ones prototypes, if you will. In the future, they will have stamped or screen printed little leather tags as well as the option for 'special' wools (options such as merino, silk, apalca, organic etc. - basically extra soft... the tags are also mad soft, as I picked up a bunch of premium veg-tanned deerskin, so it's actually amazingly supple).
Anyways, I'm looking for $22 Canadian, or $20 US shipped for these ones. They fit slightly baggy, but not a ton. The shape will change and conform to your head within the first few days or wearing, so it may feel tight right off the bat, but I assure you, they stretch quite a bit.
If you want a different colour and/or design, shoot me a pm and I'll put something together. The future hats will be a little more; this is largely due to the yarn, as well as the stitch count. Many people are using acrylic yarn, which is stiff and doesn't offer the same warmth as natural wool (the yarn I'm using costs 2-3 times as much as most acrylic). I am also using a relatively small hook, resulting in more of a solid hat (i.e. less holes for air to escape), which means they take a little longer to make.
