well sense you say no backs, because backs would be the easiest, then maybe fronts? Lets face it you are gonna have to get backs down first before you can go invert

dude, i cant even do backs on a tramp, but on skis, i can get um usually, personally i think they are easier than 3's just lean back and huck bro

i've got backs dialed down perfectly on trapms i can do them on pole vault mats. How do you not pussy out when first trying one on snow, cause i do not want to throw it and stall out cause it may feel wierd?

Ya, u really dont need that much air, just throw it and look backwards and spot the landing. After ur first time, its not scary or hard.

on the tramp just let your balls drop look back then just do it man... after you can nail that put on some ankle weights and do it again... it should help you when you put on the skis.

When I do it on a tramp I fly off the tramp or land in the springs..cuz like I huck them back from where I am. I dont stay central on the tramp for some reason. I used to have em perfect but then i started flying off the tramp..

Backflips are probabley one of the easiest tricks.Period. Thy just are scary.
Find a jump, not a big one to start, but with a fair bit of vert, so it throws you back automatically.
Then, stoke your self up- this is gonna be awesome and easy
Get a fair amount of speed
As you approach the lip, visualise a sexy blond right in front of you that you wanna nail, and thrust your hips foreward as hard as you can, and throw your head back.
as you come around and spot your landing, put your landing gear down and stick the landing
As long as you commit you will NOT under rotate, if anything you will overrotate and land on your butt, which doesn't hurt at all. I nailed my 1st one like that.

Now go try it-- and DONT WIMP OUT AT THE LAST SECOND

I just said screw the back flip, if I'm going inverted I'm doing it big. I just started throwing my shoulder accross my body to front flip into a 180 and land switch. I've fallen from under-rotating several times, but it's getting really close. The key is to stay tight while you're inverted to keep the spin and the flip going. My buddy says it's looking more like a misti

IF we do a powder jump with a couple of friends. Im pretty sure Im gonna try that. I can do tramps sooo easy. I think that, or a front 180 is the easiest trick that you can do on a tramp.

Im pretty I can land it, but it's about how much can I pop. I mean, you have weight on your legs.

i used to be alble to do em on tramp but i cant anymore for some reason i like start tricks when i am on the mat not when im in the air and cant help it so always screw it up so id rather on snow thats why i thought misty or rodeo

its prolly not a godd idea to try them for the first time on tables either, cause then u gotta clear it and worry about the rotation, so find a nice kicker into soft snow and huck

i learned back recently just kinda get some balls go up huck the shizzle out of your body and look at where you are landing thats really important. on tramps on the other hand just kinda huck until you are around fully and learn to land on your butt then slowly learn to contrl your speed

backs are quite easy, you can slow or speed up your roatation as necessary. there arent many other tricks like that. ity just takes balls. the will to get back up and beat yourself in again

The thing with lincolns is you're facing the right direction the whole time, whereas backs you're upside down facing up the hill. Which is pretty scary.

dont try invert if u can only do em on a trampoline.... cuz its wayyyyyyy different like u should learn em off the ground or something cuzon a tampoline its bounces for u and on the ground u actually have to jump and use your arms for momentum

im not saying its the right thing to do but i tried a back flip on skis before a tramp. mainly causeive skied alot longer then i have tramped. but never huck a back flip, until you ve got a good airsense. when you learn them you want to popand flip with your hips. dont use your head and back. quite often youll get around fine but your quite likely to fuck up your rotation, that is why people land on their heads. pop up lean back and spot your landing.

remember if your going to try a lincoln they are a shit load easier on a tramp because you can push off one leg. try off a mellow jump with a lot of drop.( cliff like)

backs are definatly the easiest, a little scary at first but then theres nothing to them. fronts on the other hand are hard as hell to stomp and make look good but aren't realy that scary until your coming around and don't see shit except the sky
