I can do them on a tramp but I don't know where to begin with the flip? Take it to the park, but on a small or big kicker? Or just go in the backcountry and make a kicker?
yeah dude me and steeCETzzee159 do em all the timee, so funn. Once you get your first one youll get it like everytime.
if its better for you i stagger my feet, putting my stronger leg back, and push off of it while throwing the flip, and the other one will come around. Then just ride it out like a thugg.
whichever flip you do first, is the flip youll always be most comfortable with. fronts are easier, just hit something that will pop you really high your first time and then just put your arms up in the load and whip them down towards your knees. any spin needs to have the head looking the direction of the spin, same with a front flip. kind of put your head into your chest after you pop but during your hand whipping. just keep head tucked until you seem the ground come back into view and pop your legs out and onto the ground.
i suggest a trampoline first
