so i have a box im making but idk what to use on the edges i have pelxi glass in the middle i was thinking pvc but i wasnt sure if itd break from getting stomped on

You might find that plexi glass will crack, pvc most def will if you hit it hard enough... We used HDPE on our box rail, quarter inch worked fine. Just dont worry about the edges, if you hit the rail enough your skis will grind the edges down. Just don't hit it without snowpants or its gonna cut the shit out of your legs lolx

try laying pvc all the way acros the bow and fill it with a foam it worked great for me!!!!!!!!

my friend just made a box with searchbar on it
best material to put on a box/rail in my opinion, slides so well and my friend got it pretty cheap!

they have searchbar at home depot and lowes. i would deff suggest that you just go there and ask for it, it slides perfectly.  just don't get advanced searchbar, it doesn't work as well.

Use PVC. It doesn't break easily, and if it does, then its cheap to replace

yea use PVC i have a big box that i made from it. it works great. my box is about a flat down. the flat is about 3feet to 6feet down. so its pretty good

My friend just made a box, and he used PVC  I think an inch and a half maybe, and it still hasnt broken and it works pretty nice.
