honestly it would take me awhile to get used to the wavy edge but idunno
ive never really heard anything bad about em. Only taken a run on them

They are good skis. They are on the stiffer side of things, but still a super fun ski. The magnetraction takes no getting used to. It doesn't make them ride differently at all. My edges held up well compared to other skis I have ridden. All around a pretty good ski.

if your looking for a sweet all mountain ski then lib tech would be a great option, they have pretty thick sidewalls, and they hold really well in all sorts of conditions. I've been on them the past couple of seasons, i had no issue with the magnatraction as far as it feeling different. I have the no surprises now, and yea they are pretty stiff to start, they definetly have softened up a little, but I wanted a stiff ski that i could charge in as well as use in the park. I think there an awesome ski and i'm looking into having my boss get me a pair of recurves and see how they preform.
