again. if you fuck up swimming what happens? oh NO you lose the race. you fuck up diving and OH NO what happens? you potentially get knocked out. or worse.

i used to Iloved it honestly
one of the best things ever.
But i started getting to high up in the groups
and i had practices every night and morning fuck me over hard with school.
and i never got to ski or bike
And i was always in a pissy mood and all i did was sleep
So i quit i couldn't take it.

our practices aren't HUGE sets like that but they're broken up into smaller ones.

the worst practice to date was this one. i dont remember the times they had us going on, but they were insane.
1 1000 free
2 500 free
3 400 IM's
4 250 stroke
5 200 IM's
10 100 free
20 50 free
40 25 free
