1st day back post injury

Tore minescus a little over a month ago.  No surgery, just alot of self rehab.  Thinkin of gettin out for the 1st time since injury on Monday.   Should be a great pow day(fingers crossed), but i'm concerned about reaggrevating injury.   I am planning on taking it easy, but if it's deep i'm gonna want to get after it.   Any tips for 1st day back?  Obviously I'm not gonna be hittin cliffs, but is skiin pow o.k. with bum knee still, or should i stick to the groomers?

my philosophy,

if its a pow day you will never see again, re-aggravate that motherfucka and shred the fucking pow

on the other hand if its an average squall, take it easy
