Replying to Ns medical attention needed

first off let my get this out of the way i am retarded i know it.. I was walking down to the library at my school just having a grand ole' time chewing on some bubble gum (dentyne ice) when i go to take a breath in and i swallow my gum. Big deal right?? well i'm pretty sure it went down into my lungs because after a violent coughing frenzy i start to puke.. now it has been prolly an hour later of me sitting in the library and it just feels like the gum is sitting at the base of my adams apple just posting up their feeling shittier than a MOFO...

So i ask NS is this something i need to worry about or is it something my body can just take care of????
