yeh, the first time i saw that edit I tried doing one the next day...
ive always called it a switch nosepress double hand drag since garrett doesn't say a name for it in the edit which inspired me..

it a snowboarding trick originally, it was called a tripod cauuse you have your two hands and the snowboard like the three legs of a tripod.

and seriously whats so sick about this edit all it shows is he doesnt know how to ski outside the park, all it is is ducking under ropes and straight lining, whats so great about that?

its funny how the most dangerous people on ski hills in real life are the HUGE tool gapers at local hills in ohio and shit wearing their hunting gear and drinking their faces off and carrying guns everywhere with them, while the best skiers in america (who act very thug) are 16 year old kids in brightly colored gear that fits NBA players, who are completely harmless.

i always laughed at this juxtaposition. dangerous people are hard to recognize, because they are crazy and not being dangerous for the "look". people trying to look hardcore (ie threatening another 16 year old on an internet forum over...SKIING STYLES.....) are usually the least scary people in real life.

in any case. lame threat. kill him? then you will be cool. or just key his car, and be any one of the other stupid ass wannabe punk bitch teenage half-delinquents.

I don't get it... Thats what its called... stolen straight from snowboarding! Haha thats very true about the 'dangerous' people. I usually walk around with a toothpick in my mouth so people know I'm a tough guy.

i like how at most there is two actual tricks in the entire video, and then some dope shredding.

I think we should rename this trick for our sport, because skiing = 2 planks, and 2 planks and 2 hands = 4 legs...  Therefore not a tripod.
 
I think that a 'quadruped' would be a sick name for the trick...
(Here's a link for correct pronunciation & definition of quadruped for anyone is unsure about the word: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/quadruped)

What does everyone else think...?

It does look a lot of Fun! But yall just get so much snow everywhere. I mean every shot you were covered in snow, and you were wearing jeans and a hoodie!
