 I dont know if any of you guys watch motocross or are somehwat interested in it, myself i watched basically just Fuel Tv if motocross was on i would watch it and of course the summer x games i would watch it. One of my and the worlds favorite riders Died Trying to do a heart attack backflip, he failed to make a complete rotation making him land on his head. Doctors said he probably had intensive brain damage or broke his spinal cord. I just saw this and wanted to send out mad vibes to anyone close to him...sorry if this is a repost i just heard about it

just youtube Jeremy Lusk Death. i wasnt sure either, and seeing the normal video just looked like a bad crash, but when you see it from the side and slowed down, my stomach turned

Having just watched the video that made me feel sick seeing his head snap like that. Rest In Peace Jeremy and at least you died doing what you loved.

just watched it on youtube and im actually suprised that he survived the crash, it is absolutely horrible.
RIP Jeremy and +++++ vibes to the family. at least he died doing what he loved.

I think the helmet was somewhat responsible for his death, the visor stuck into the ground and didnt allow his head to rotate under him.

dont be a fucking idiot like some guy who said he deserves the Darwin award for riding moto. i hate Youtube comments. but keep in mind, this guy died doing what he loved, and was damn good at it. its like one of us dying, casing on the table onto our necks.

damn just shows how easy it is to actually die from something like that, it just takes one little mistake and bam, its all over.
it always scares the crap out of me to think, like what if i catch an edge going switch off like a 70 footer, and knuckle to my head or something? just one little mistake can mean the end of your life.

its no reason to stop skiing or riding motorcycles or whatever you do though, ive always said the day i quit skiing or something cause its too dangerous, im gonna get smashed by a semi or something.

thats what pisses me off about people like that guy on youtube that called him dumb. they sit there on youtube all day dissing people who have a life. i mean how many pathetic people died today choking on a twinkie or tripping down a flight of stairs, running a red light into traffic, burning their hose down cooking bacon, overdosing on medicine, or just plain killing themselves cause of their depressing lives etc.... when you look at it that way, it doesnt seem so dangerous and crazy, and its the people who sit around every day wasting their lives away who seem dumb and irresponsible.

yeah i am totally with you,

i underrotated a lincoln while overshooting the kicker pretty far and i landed luckily on my side. i had no control and i landed pretty much the best way possible. i dont think i would have been dead (since the kicker was only like 35 ft [even though thats just the table, i dont think there was enough pressure/speed going on]), but serious spinal damage or so could have been a realistic outcome of this if i landed on my head.

so on a bigger kicker, a little mistake (that let you end up on your head/neck) could mean the end.

but imo, the omnipresent danger of what we do is a big reason that we do it.
