I can do a 1, but every time I go for a three I end up going into a cork 7 motion and land on my side.. how do I fix this?

Pop more. Throw it like a cartwheel and push off your hands at 180 to bring you back on axis. They are pretty easy, commit!

push off? I dont push off anything? I drag my hand to bring me back on axis.. ha

well, maybe try pushing off a little more and you might not "do a cork 7 thing and land on my side".

its sooooo much easier than you are making it. all you have to do, is pop, put your hands down, and look back at your hands and all of a sudden you will be back at 3. but ASK TURPIN too.

It acctually has alot to do with the feature you're doing it on.  It's way easier on a knuckle that has tons of roll instead of just flat then down.

Some times when I do them I do the 1 and then tip drag and then the second 180. That is totally by accident though. If you're doing it on a jib using both hands will make it easier.

ok well I was trying them off a jump, I can do 1s of jumps and and knuckles, but not a 3..

any tips on how to do it off jumps?

I've noticed that I have to push a lot on the ground or box that I'm dragging on to push myself back on axis. Otherwise I end up on my back.

just do a cork 3 and stick your hands down. problem solved.
