Dalbello Krypton HELPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok so i bought size 28.0 dalbello kryptons earlier this year and they padded out way way way way wayyyyy to much and ery time a spin off rails and jumps and flip my skis yank down on my ankles cause my boots are too big. any ideasss??????????????

well i measured a 27.5 and they bumped me up a half size for growing room and now im royally FUCKED

I bought my kryptons 2 sizes small for the same reason... Good boot though, not overly stoked on it but its getting the job done

YO! Always down size. It helps immensely. The only thing I can tell you to do that will actually work is buy new boots. Sell those and buy some new ones. It seriously is your only option.

put some foot bends in them. mine are too big but i have a thick foot bed in them they fit prtty well now.

Yeah this happened to my old Fischers, I just started with a thin one then eventually to a thick cheap insole from walmart. I think it was Dr Shoals or something

Yo get ankle cups installed on the back of your dalbello liners.  will hold your ankles dont and take up more room. Should have them at your local shop.

also ask for a sinus pad. its a small tear drop shaped piece of felt stuck to the exterior of your liner on the lateral side (buckle side) of your boot and helps to hold your heel down. It is important to use felt though as regular bootfitting foam is too hard on your foot for this.

Sinus pad $30 per pair of boots( MAX) . money well spent

even though it's half a size bigger, it's 1 full shell size larger which means that when they pack out... they'll end up being at least a 28.5 which has already happened. you want boots that fit you tighter than that.

so yeah, go to the shop who put you in these and give them the finger. walk right out and go to a good boot fitter. 100% sure he'll put you in at least a shell size smaller... maybe two, depending on your feet.

You could use the ankle pocket holders that dalbello makes. Otherwise you could put in a bontex board of tweo under the liner of the boot. Also try setting a custom/trim to fit footbed on top of the stock footbed that is in the boots now.
