Help me out- photoshop!

alright so I have zero experience in photoshop but I really wanna do something, and if someone could help me out that would be awesome and i will fully up your karma.

I would like to take this photo:

thank you so much!!! boosted your karma! could someone maybe add the words "influence" where the teeth are, maybe a letter where each tooth is? any help is very much appriciated!
