When kids are selling their shit and its a high price, or you see it somewhere like BC for cheaper don't post it in their thread. Send them a PM.
It really looks like shit when someone is selling their gear and someone says "Yo, you can get this for 20% less on backcountry."
A majority of the time kids aren't trying to rip other peeps off, they just don't know. That's chill, but if you send the seller a PM they can post in their thread, "whoops this seems a little high/ or have it OBO." That looks much better. As for sellers, look around a bit before you throw up prices, backcountry.com is a good judge usually.
Also, kids that post their sales in other peoples' threads need to chill out. If you think someone should buy your shit because its cheaper, make a thread.... That's the point of the B/S/T forums.
I am not writing this up because this just happened to me, in fact, it never has, but I see it quite a bit and its dumb.
