Magical skis

i'm not sure if anyone has written a thread about this or not...

(important note before reading.  My skis have brake problems.)

I was hitting a rail trying to do a 270 off, and my ski popped off.  It then went down the hill and hit a double wide box.  After riding the whole thing on its own, the ski almost hit another box after it but couldn't get up the jump.

/massive claim.

I know, I know.  I'll do the first response on my own... cool story hansel.  But I just thought it was an awesome story and wanted to share it.  So I guess the point of writing this is to see if anyone has any experiences.

p.s. sorry for any spelling mistakes.  I have a huge headache right now.

sparknotes:  I fell.  My ski hit a box by itself.

that happens to my ski all the time but its inly every went off jumps no rails

haha my buddy (bigwhite.jibber) did a 5 today and his brake broke and his ski took off so I pursued in chase. The ski rocketed down the landing for a L jump picking up so much speed i couldnt catch it and then i was screaming and telling people to gtfo of the way. anyways it sailed off the side of a lip to a jump that goes flat after and gapped like 30ft out and 20ft up over the flat i couldnt believe how damn high it went. then it hit a tree and stopped. If anyone at sunpeaks saw a Dyanstar TM ltd flying at them sorry for that. haha

last year we were standing below the big jump at my area, and there is a rail above the jump. apparently a kid had fallen on the rail and his ski popped off, but all we saw was the ski fly straight over the jump, perfectly in the air, and stomp the landing. it was sweet

one time, my brakes locked on my t-halls and they went down the hill at mach 7 like skis always love to do. my friends mobbed after it and attempted to stop the bastard. as its heading for this ravine/creek thing (spring skiing) it slammed into a bamboo pole, split it in half and landed upside down on the hill stopping its rampage. if it had went down that creek i'd probably never have gotten my ski back. t h x bamboo!
