last night I was hammered and tried to jump off this wall onto a sidewalk maybe 5 feet tall. So I jump and land on my heels while I was wearing slippers with no padding and just fell to the ground and its the most intense pain ever. I had to skip skiing today because it hurts so bad. has anyone else done this before. How long until the pain will subside?
