I dont know about all you guys but the place that i usually ski at has no snow what so ever. SO its a park year so far this year. I just wanna ski some pow for once this year!

This season sucks main ass.
Haven't hit a lift other than the park lift since the first day.
last two weeks were supposed to be pure snow but that was changed to sun.
we had a week and a half where it was 15 degrees on the mountain, pure sun and above the fog, that shit was tiight until you rememberd that it was the middle of january and what you should be skiing is powder.

PNW is definatley hurtin this year, only pow turns Ive got so far was 5 days in Utah... got super lucky snowed like 2.5 feet right when I got there after no snow for 2 weeks but it still wasnt the super light stuff it should be till the last 2 days when they got like 8-10" over the heavier stuff. Even the "heavy" in Utah though was still rad for me coming from the PNW, but those last 2 days were out of this world!

We had nothing early season, then got one of the best dumps in years (like 5 feet in 3 days) early January, and then absolutely nothing for a month and its like 50 or 60 degrees up on the mountain all the time so it just melted off. Just got 6 inches last night though and hopefully looking at a couple feet in this storm.

Yea this winter sucks for snow, and yea there's no good park within a 3 hour drive of here, but you know what? I am still having fun on my skis every day.

We can't force snow, but we do have full power over our mentality. Keep positive, keep happy, generally - don't be a downer, 'cause there's a few people here in Rossland who should probably just go to back to where they came from, because their vibe is very lame.

Ontario is having one of the best winters snow wise i can remember. It all melted over a three day period and it was 7 degress celcius today but besides that we have had alot. Its too bad that powder skiing is not really an option...

Well, fortunately for me my S5s can withstand cliff hucks into moguls so I'm still having a good time lol. Seriously though, I don't care where you are me and mitchb have had less snow than you. Our base is around 20", usually less in most places.
