I don't know i've been rocking them since I was like 12 and they never really play out.  I just don't listen to them for a while and then I do again. 

I can't think of any better bands.  I've tried.  They are basically all of the good genres of music in one awesome band.  And if Brad was alive just imagine the ridiculous shit they would do now.   Plus without Sublime we probably wouldn't have Slightly Stoopid either.  I'd rather ressurect Brad than Jimi Hendrix or SRV or John Lennon or Bob Marley or Johnny Cash or Joe Strummer.   Based on music alone that is.

They were my all time favorite band in 8th grade, but I almost feel like i outgrew them. I'll throw them on every now and then and I never regret it, but I can't listen to them for too long.

Thats why I feel like they're the greatest band ever.  I "outgrew" every band I listened to in Jr. High except Sublime.  Sublime is still great.
