Buying a pipe

sup guys.  I get my drivers license in 13 days!!!!! I want to head to a smoke shop and buy a pipe.  Do they card you?  Will I have any problems?  My friend told me he goes all the time and has no problems.

it very much depends on the place. i was in a shop when i was 14 and this guy was really trying to sell me a piece, but i had no money. it really depends on the place tho.

Zlol. One place carded me, I was like not on me I'm just looking around. He told me to gtfo. Should have let me buy cause the place went out of business a few months later. Just a few more weeks till im 18 so I am just going to wait until I have a card.

depends on where you live. most places dont give a fuck, especially if its a legit headshop and not just a chinese corner store. if you look within the 3 year range of 19 they shouldnt care.

idk really know as ppl above are saying it depends where you go but i doubt it.  The only you can really legally use it for is to smoke tobacco with and your not 18 so why would need it.  Give it a shot though

Smoke shops don't card you where I'm from. I'm 15, and look mad young, like 13ish probably. Anyways I bought a bong without any issues. Just go in there, be confident, make sure you got that cash and don't take to long.

Totally depends on the person/store.

I never get carded and I think its because I always have my ID out ready to show. but if you do that I guess you cant use the excuse of not having it on you..

I wouldnt worry about it. its all in presenting yourself, walk in there like you own the place and they won't ask any questions. It worked for me most of the time, or just ask a friend thats older than you to get it and just descritley tell him which one you want. dont get in trouble, but whatever you're a teenager.

do these same procedures apply to salvia? im sixteen i look 17 and i dont think there are any age restrictions so does it just vary between shops? has anyone tried buying it when they're 16?

i've been in head shops where they card you just to go into the room to look at the pipes. like everyones been saying in this thread, it all depends on the shop. have fun picking out a sweet pipe! the thrill of the hunt for the perfect piece is always a good time

i duno but this thread is pretty lame. why don't u go to the store and try to buy it. its not hard. i do it all the time and i don't even come close lookin like a 19year old but im 18 i usually don't get carded which is weird, mayb i do look 19 idk.
