yo im going on a Film/photo mission to Nieseko on teh 17th of this month.. and was wondering how good the place is for filming and shooting photos.? and if anyone had and helpful info or knew of any secret stashes, resorts, big cliffs, urban drops, wall rides or anything that can help me get some shit done..

Most of the big cliffs are in closed areas, but there are lots of smaller ones around, don't know of much urban stuff, but we are planning a mission into Kutchan (local town) soon so I will let you know how that goes.

I was in Japan during winter break this year and the best place, in my opinion, to find some sick spots is to ask some locals or get a guide from Black Diamond Lodge for a day and they will give you some sick places to hit up. Clayton, the owner, knows his stuff.

I live in Hirafu, they are really hardcore about their closed areas here, ducking some ropes is fine (kind of), but there are few zones where they will go nuts if you go in there.

i just sent them an email about staying there for the 9 days im there.. at that lodge also my friend tom costa guided tanner and crew last year soo ill find lots of spots. but im trying to get teh most out of this trip as ill only get like 7 or 8 ski days.. is there much urban in nieseko?

Japan sounds sick.
I was thinking  of maybe trying to plan a trip to Japan for march break next year.
Has anyone been?
And what's the best places for pow?
I'm trying to price flights and see which resorts would be best.

I talked to Benchetler and he sorted me out with the right place to stay and a van to rent. now i was wondering if any one knows any good urban? or maybe good places to party?
