Too hard to tell i'd say, but guessing id go with Oakley SMS or Sessions.

So far oakley and SMS have jackets that are very similar to this one. SMS has basically the same concept except with onyl two wide pockets in front and oakley ahs like the same thing only white outside and blue pockets. both would do but id still very much like to know which on this is...
