When the New designs come out is it easy to get a hold of the old seasons stuff?

the reason i ask is because i intend to buy Saga but dont want to spend all of that money.

i remember last season and throughout the summer, they had limeted colors and limited sized of the old stuff for bout fourty dollars cheaper a peice...like 189 for coat and 189 for pants
