Coming Back From Injuries

Yeah this month I added a whole new respect for skiers who come back from injuries. I did the same thing to my back the Belanger did. I was workin on 3s at the end of the season last year. Yet when I was on the slopes after my injury I was soo paranoyed. The mental aspect of injuries is hard to return from. (the injury happened two months ago). I think the pros are awesome when they come back and dominate.

so true dude... iv wrecked myself alot, and the courage of seeing the pros (skating, surfing etc) coming off injuries gets me stoked on it

yea I shattered my leg in 2002 and it took me a year to be able to be even 70%. now I am about 95% but it hurts all the time and I am always worried about doing it again. I now can't ski big mountain like i used to so I just stick to filming most of the time. I guess it worked out for the better.

i fractured my pelvis in 3 places and had internal bleeding last yr and i have come back, in my opinion, better than i have ever been
