Logging out automatically?

Does NS still have that feature where it logs you out automatically after 30 minutes or so? I thought it got rid of it because for the past year or so I've had no problem leaving my computer on all day with NS logged in and being able to come back to my computer after hours and hours and not have to log back in.

Just recently, within the past day or so, it's been kicking me off all the time. Anyone having this problem?

yes. its annoying.  not sure if its time dependent or just navigating away that logs me out though

yeah its done it to me twice since this morning, but I figured I left my password saved on the studio computer..

i thought someone hacked my pass or something so i changed it, but it kept doing it then i realized i should check site discuss. and realized i was just a crazy person.

not cool at all.

NS what's up?? I originally thought it was just an annoyance and that if I was inactive for a certain period of time i would get logged out. Well, I just finished typing this super long post, which took me an hour, clicked "submit" and I was logged out, my entire post lost in the ether. im pretty sad right now. I tried the back button, which has worked for me in similar situations previously, but no luck here.

I assume this has something to do with reducing spambot type things? please find another way. there must be other ways. I mean, I was typing the entire time, so it's not like I just left my browser open and left.

P.S. I just copied all of this, just in case, so that I don't have to type it all again if I took too long to write this.

Woops, sorry everyone.  A recent upgrade wrecked some of our custom settings for cookie lifetime.

It should now be resolved. Please restart your browser to be sure.
