What i was thinking.
i didnt get mine heat molded but after about 5 days they were perfectly molded to every nook and cranny in my feet and the shell, so im one happy skier.
Probably been said just above me....
But i got High Fives, heatmolded and everything, and for the first couple days/week of skiing they really did hurt my ankle, but i think its just breaking them in. There's obvously something wrong happened with yours....
I'm the same body/foot type as you and have been riding Flexons/Fullt Tilts for a long while. Get Eliminators (which go in front of your shins) to help suck up some of the calf volume and buy Booster Straps to replace the standard power straps. Once your liners are totally done replace with a Comp Liner direct from Intuition rather than a Full Tilt Inution liner. The Intuitions are stiffer and don't pack out as much as the Full Tilts.
