Backseating 360s

So this winter i've been spending some time trying to perfect the 360. I'm always landing backseat though and getting off axis. Any advice?

keep your head level. spin with your hips/head and not your body

Just reach for a safety grab at the front of your boot.  Keeps me outta the backseat

what i did was straight air jumps allot until i was comfortable in the air and got poping off the lip down then started spinning again and it worked for me

If you're going off axis make sure when you pop off the lip that you're throwing the spin straight. Also make sure your heads looking uphill. Keep your hands infront of your body , ride away.

pop and pressure the front of your boots. don't spin you arms like a helicopter either, just bring them around your side and move your body with them.  I used to have the exact same problem. you will get it soon enough.

YEa, i agree.
I had the same prob.
I had a coach in PC that gave the same advice, make sure u take off of ur toes, no matter where, pipe, park, anywhere.

When your in the air at like 180 degree seach for you landing and look at it.  Your shoulder and head are going to move the rest of your body in the right position.

mhm. thats the truth.

if you watch closely, people will almost always land in the same position they take off in. thats why a good takeoff is really important.

i had that same problem a while ago and what i focussed on was fixing the take-off. just as you take off lean/throw your upper body forward more. The correct axis will be set as soon as you are in the air and you don't have to worry about fixing it at the last second as you land. Thinking about this worked for me, hope it works for you.
