depends on the situation. if i have time to drink a redbull, then redbull, but if im at work, or goin up the chairlift, 5 hour.

i like the redbull taste, but i like the 5 hour energys energy... na meen?

I have purchased 5 hour energy's, I am 15, maybe it's in the states where you have to be 18. If it was life or death and I HAD to choose one, Red Bull for sure. But if I need quick energy, I'd go for the 5 hour energy. 5 hour energy's are horrible for you though, like the worst energy drink out there.

Both of them are actually the only energy drinks that dont overdose cafein .
Energy drinks are kinda stupid, you should get more sleep instead of taking them on dayly basis.

That being said, it can be usefull when you need to drive for a long time. I'd say kids should stay away from anything that have cafein and that's my professionnal  opinion about it.

But personally I'd rather have any drink from booster juice with a energy booster. ( only canadians will know what booster juice is, simply amazing)

Everyone in this thread except for Ced is wrong. To clarify:

Energy drinks are the fucking worst thing for your body. They are one of those things where in ten years scientists are gonna come out with some article like "Hey... not the best idea... fuck... mad cancer..." or something. Energy drinks are. Fortunately, Five Hour is not an energy drink.

Now, this doesn't mean you should be downing this shit like orange juice. However, whoever said these are ridiculously bad for you is actually retarded. Look at the ingredients. ONE CUP OF COFFEE worth of caffeine, and tons of B Vitamins. Yeah, the excessive amount of B Vitamins isn't great for you, but it beats the living FUCK out of taurine, guarana, and excessive caffeine counts. By a lot. Plus you don't feel like shit after an hour. So... yeah. If you're gonna buy, buy Five Hour.

5 hour has a psychostimulant in it, can't remember the name of the drug, but thats the same classification that cocaine falls under...

So if you wanta get super drugged out, 5 hour, otherwise you lame red bull drinkers can go on thinking that your caffeine/taurine high is good enough

i dont see why anyone would need a drink to help them do something. sometimes i drink them at comps but i dont feel the slightest difference usually. Drink whatever you think is better tasteing because im sure they both do the same exact thing

my old ski coach used to be a rep for 5hour energy so he used to just have boxes full of this shit. i took one before a si race to see if it would help. didn't notice a difference but i did have to pee like 11 times in between races. red bull doesnt really do anything for me either but it does taste a whole lot more. i would never buy either of them but red bull is better.
