Would you want climate control at your mountain?

I don't know why, but I was just thinking:  In the future, there will most likely be climate control. Say your mountain got climate control and they could make the weather however anyone wanted it. They could make unbelievable sunny powder days and other unbelievable conditons.  I don't know why, but I don't think I would want it.  It kind of takes the excitement of unreal conditions away.  It takes away travelling for better conditions.  Would you want it?

Yeah on one hand i agree with you cause i love it when its super stormy and like -30 and nobody goes skiing. on the other hand, a pow day every day?

Isn't that kind of like man-made snow and grooming?

I mean, I live in NJ, if there was no man-made snow there would probably be skiing for like a month each year.

Man-made powder would be ill.  And sunshine everyday would be amazing and no freezing temperatures.

And speaking of noo jaroo, they are actually building an indoor ski slope so that will have a stabilized temperature.

Well in Japan they designed some wired precipitation endorsing gun. Basicly they fire it into the clouds and it either rains/snows depending on the air temperature.

at alta and snowbird they shoot particles into the clouds when it storms to suck as much snow out of the storm that they can...they try to keep it hush hush though

here in aus we have been cloud seeding for 40 years to boost rainfall over the country, we have been using it to boost snowfall for about 5 or 10 years, it seems to work well, we are having better seasons over all in the last few years.

thats some stuff on cloud seeding where you release smoke iodine into the clouds.
