Ski resorts

what do you look for in ski resorts??, a good park, good food, big mountain, powder? , glades, bars???, how much do you usually pay for one lift ticket/ or seasons pass, I bought a seasons pass to sunday river it has like 8 peaks and its huge for a mountain in maine, it cost like 60$ for a day pass and 40$ for a night/ half day pass, and I only bought my seasons pass for 350$, but there is this wicked smaller mountain that is closer to my house, whith the same prices, yet a tenth of the size(shawnee peak)

I ski this shitty hill in the West Kootenay's that none of you would like. They overcharge for their seasons pass ($900) and charge $60 for a day ticket. For what? You have 4 slow lifts that break down a lot, only 6 groomed runs, a shitty park with no snow making, and there are only two mountains that are lift accessed. They actually expect you to walk to the other ones! Honestly - I don't know why I come back every year. It's so dangerous here as well. They have no trail signs and the don't rope off any of the cliff bands (or even let you know where they are), so the tourists are always lost. If you end up at my hill, don't be like the tourists and get lost - stay on the groomed runs for your own safety and piece of mind.

I want to go somewhere where I can ski pow/big mountain in the morning and park when it warms up.  That's why I like Colorado, but there are lots of great resorts out there.

smuggs is about 350 i think for a pass. the trails are sick but the park not so much haha. and the lifts are slow and the t bar breaks every 5 minutes
