I haven't skied in two weeks because a a stupid boken arm and all i want to do is ski. i would ski in my cast if my parents didn't suck. It doesn't help that all my friends keep saying, "hey want to go skiing....oh wait my bad." Fuck this shit i am going to lose my mind

dont worry dude. i have a broken collar bone.
i built a pvc rail in my backyard and was completely stoked except my edge fucked me in the ass and i completely demolished my shoulder.
im going insane as well.

well i kinda know how ya feel. I've had like 10 days of school for exam week n i haven't been on skis once.. I'm trying to gather my crew but thur being super gay... n family is like it hasn't snowed blah blah blah... n 3 of the days it was freezing ridic cold... i'm right behind on the crazy thing

I have not skied in 6 weeks and one day  because of a broken heel so I think you can tough it out. And in my 6 weeks of being on crutches i have missed multiple chest deep days, which my home mountain hasn't seen for years, and the best park conditions/best park my home mountain has ever had. So harden the fuck up, and you can go skiing with a broken arm, just don't fall.

weak, . I broke my collar bone the first day of christmas break, 2 strait weeks of possible skiing GONE.  I got through it playing  gnarshmallow and chilling at my local ski shop

unfortunately I've got one to top you all, I havent skied in 2 seasons because of 2 torn ACLs, meniscus, and MCL. both surgeries had to be right before ski season and those put me out of sports for at least 6 months, especially skiing. They were both from football...I'm done with that next year. You have no idea how insanely frustrating it is to not ski for that long, and you think you're going crazy???

man its not to bad be thankful u can eat and do other things.
last year in the last 5/8 weeks of our winter in australia i broke my jaw into three peices went to hospital for a while jaw wired shut for 6 weeks couldnt eat then when it was unwired still couldnt do anything for 6 weeks said the doctor fuckin worst time of my life

ahah i know what you mean, ive been out for the majority of this season and im not supposed to be skiing right now due to a lacerated spleen. Im on week 8 as of tomorrow out of 12 and ive gone skiing 6 times since i ruptured it. Im really just kind of stubborn and stupid but whatevs
if you break it again its just gonna mean more time sitting around so just keep that in mind

Discussing the subject of going crazy brings up my season of 2002. I broke my ankle in 2 places at Killington inside of my boot because I fell and my bindings never released and my boot was too big(I was new to skiing, so I went with my shoe size...wow...dumb)

Long story short, I was on crutches from early November until early April. Everyday crutches and a cast.

You can do it dude, just distract yourself from skiing and get into something you can do non skiing related so you can take you mind off of it or do something skiing related that you can do while sitting.
You will make it.
