You can use firefox to remember your username and passwords and I am pretty sure all the other browsers do it too.

But it would be semi useful to have a "keep me logged in for a week" or something button.

I don't think its necessary, i have my browser open all day, so i never get logged out, and when i do have to log in i just click log in, so it takes probably a quarter of a second. Not a big deal.

That is exactly what I do too. NS is my homepage so I just open my browser and click log in.

on my mac i use safari so it doesnt matter if i close the window im still logged in, but i have it set to remember all passwords and usernames so im good

pretty much every web browser has an autofill option, just fuck around with your settings and you don't have to worry about it

..it would be more useful though, so you wouldn't have to hit "login" every time you open your browser..
i'd prefer to hit the "remember me" box once and not have to hit "login" multiple times a day..
