Last friday I was sliding a down rail , leaned back to far, came off the end sideways in the air, my body parallel to the ground, and facing the ground I landed on my stomach which ended up in my back kinda being squished I guess.
The pain was very moderate. I could feel that it was hurt but it didn't hurt a lot, and I could walk and ski the rest of the day, taking it easy. It felt like my back was generally sore, and I couldn't find a specific spot that hurt when I touched it or anything.
But... its not thursday, six days later, and my back still feels sore and hurts. I haven't skiid since but I have played hockey about three times since. My back still isn't in a lot of pain, it just feels sore all over. When I jump it really hurts. Even though I haven't done any physical activity in the past two days it still seems sore and really hasn't gotten better. But then again, its a very very mild yet persistant soreness/pain.
So what do you think NS?
