First time angry at snow

today, for the first time, snow is getting on my nerves. can't drive to the mountain, so skiing's out, i can't ski for the rest of the year anyways, so that's out too. there's no school today anyways because of midterm, and all i'm missing is going to a review session. worst of all my girlfriend can't come over and it might be the last chance to see her before i go away for 4.5 months, and i can't go anywhere with my friends. tomorrow i was gonna ski but now i moved my plans with my gf etc to tomorrow, just kinda annoying. who here has ever been angry at our beloved friend snow?

Yea i know i shouldnt say this but im ready for it to get warm. I cant ski anymore this season because im at college and there are no mountains around here and i dont have my car up here anyway... and i spent all my cash money on a trip to keystone over winter break. Im sick of walking to class at 8 in the morning freezing my nuts off

me and some kids shoveled off a 3/4 sized ice rink on the pond down my road a week ago. We're predicted to get close to a foot and its seems quite possible

kinda a bummer but im gunna go skiing later so im not too mad

nope. the roads are never bad here, but the drivers are. if traffic is bad because accidents or something, we usually don't go. but the roads are never bad.

I want to go skiing one or two more times and then I am ready for it to get warm and for us to put the boat back in the water. It was 50 here last friday and now is back to the 20's but that one day made me want spring to come so bad.

im sorry to say this, but saying you're stuck because the roads are bad, is retarted. sure, itl take longer, but unless you're 16 and just learned how to drive, then take it easy and you'l be just fine. so many people bug out because "the roads are bad" because they're too scared about a little snow. unless you're driving up lcc/bcc or something like that where they wont allow you, then snow on the road is no excuse. sac up, dont drive like an idiot, and get where you need to go.



and whoever said they want it to be warm because you go to a college with no mtn near it...thats your own fault.


if you cant ski because you're injured, then i understand, and i dont blame you that you're sick of the snow and want it to be over so you can be closer to next season.


sorry about being so negative, but honestly, never be unhappy that snow fell...ever.

i know what you mean.. im stuck at home and i was supposed to go skiing friday and since i had a snowday today my midterm was moved to friday.. this sucks

me too man im stuck in my dorm looking at all this fresh pow being dumped and i hate it since i cant ski it i would rather be in cancun slaying some fresh vag right about now getting tan.

I hear ya brother, I get pissed at snow sometimes, I live in Boston and everytime it snows its a shit snow trying to find a spot to park, then in the morning your diggin your car out. it just sucks. And now I sit at work looking out the window watching it snow.

Come on man, you know some people dont have the ability to go out of state and go to some school in CO.. I certainly had the grades to go to a nice school out there, but when you looked at cost.. it was still going to be 20k more a year in which my parents dont have (especially in this economy).

Im not the kid you quoted, but Im the same boat as him.. closest skiing is about an hour and a half away. (400 ft vertical). I cant bitch though, I set up my schedule with no friday classes so I could go home every weekend. (30 minutes from hill).

last year i went on a field trip to boston to the museum of fine arts, it took us 5 hours to get out of the city, to saugus, where we had to pull over and get a hotel because the traffic was just too damn shitty.
