Sorry to add some hate to the ski industry but its now jan 28, and I still have not gotten a tracking number for my saga gear, I ordered it in mid november. I got the first email update saying that it was going to be shipped soon, but have gotten nothing since. I have emailed them several times, and called them. Yet I have still not gotten a response. It even got to the point that i emailed them saying I wanted a refund, but they did not reply to my email. I have always had great customer service in the ski industry and am very disappointed to see business being run this way. What am I supposed to do, my old pair of pants have a few big tears in them, and I need new pants? C'mon saga I don't want to go buy new pants while waiting for yours to arrive. Can we seriously get our act together. Sorry to rant I am just very frustrated by this. Is this happening to anyone else. Oh an I live in California, so it's no like they have to ship overseas or anything.
Cliffnotes: I am being screwed by saga.
oh and please just don't say that it'll be worth it when it comes, because I am tired of waiting for it, and I paid for it with the understanding that it would be shipped December 15th, and not have it almost be February with no tracking number.
