I just got it yesterday, and I played it a lot today.  Probably the greatest skating game I have ever played.  Any advice, spots, or just cool things about it that you know, just post it here.

actually a rodeo. there is no such thing as a misty on a board. only rodeos and corks.

watch tutorial first. if that doesnt help you hit down to make markers in the vid, then you click x or a to edit, from there you can change camera to follow, tripod, or game

bepo how do u use slo mo, evertime i try it doesnt work

im sorry but when i play skate, it looks way cooler than you guys.

and does anyone else do skier shit on rails? like only blunts nose tail board and lip slides, with 270's on off, and switchups. cuz i find myself doing this all the time

i just hit A to edit camera angle, go down to where the speed is and just change it to a lower value and hit B. Maybe try only changing the speed, don't change the camera angle first.

and today i fund this rail line by the school. and its like a huge flat down but theyre 2 separate rails so you switch up or something over where they meet. then you roll down a hill a little bit and set up a jump. like over a small gap onto a fat flat down hubba, its such a fun spot but i cant really describe where it is.

Can i get my guy to wear a hat that doesnt look half ridiculous? Cause in the first one hats look soooooo goofy.

Im definitely buying this when i get back home... seeing as I cant ski thanks to my kidney!!!

not really but iv never seen a skier do something similar to a willy or a crooked grind on a rail or anything but a slide on a skateboard. thats what i was getting at i guess

  That just reaffirmed that the physics of skate would make a ridiculous snowboarding/skiing game.  You think it'd be relatively easy and cheap to use the skate engine to build a game.  The mega ramp and fun track are laid out like a slope course/jumpline.   Wonder if we'll actually see one, as opposed to SW Snowboarding and Stoked.  Let's hope.

heres a few of my vids

first: SOOOOO CLOSE to the double cork 10, i dont know how i can land any better.  i watched it like 50 times in MEGAMO and it was a perfect landing, my guy just flew off the board.  and yes, you can land that low in the landing



second:  bio 630 onto rainbow rail to 270 out



third: my dope ass line.  everything here was planned, if i messed up, i restarted lol

270 onto the bigass rainbow, pretz 450 out
fakie rodeo 5
heelflip backflip with 2 fingerflips
shifty no grab 720
belly flop!

has anyone landed cork or rodeo nines yet?
skate one all four variations of 9's were possible, but i have yet to land sw rodeo 7's even in this
rodeo's 7's and cork 7's are easy though just time it well and shifty the feet.

yea, i did it once on that , and can get cork 810 ish on the last jump in the fun track from the side, but havent figured out how to do it consistently yet, when you snap the the ollie and spin is way more sensitive than skate one, havent fully figured it out yet, and well, street is just more fun.
line from the cathedral through bent ledge park and down over the bowl with the ledges on it is just too much fun.
anyone else cleared the bridge yet??

ok so i was going through the achievments in skate 2 today and saw there were a bunch of new ones, found out about the new DLC fantasy factory and downloaded it. maybe im an idiot but there are all these achievments about Oliver elementary and this Parkade and the Community center, anyone know where those jams are?

yeah, drop in from the dam and go to one of the sides and wait to the last second to pop. Such a sick road gap for rodeo 7s. Rodeo 7s are probably my favorite trick in the game.
