If you're not getting shin bang or anything then it's perfect. The boot fits your feet and legs perfectly.

Its about preference and the relationship between pressure, comfort, warmth, circulation etc

I wear my boots about 2 sizes smaller than my shoes, and tight as can be. I can't stand foot movement.

exactly, thats what I always tell customers when I am fitting their boots. Personally I dont want any movement of my foot in my boot. I like a tight fit.
