not specifically for reggae but airmp3.net allows you to download for free.

and look up Long Beach Dub Allstars, if you like reggae you will probably like em

Never used it so I dont know what its like and you most probably have to maintain a ratio. I have a giant list of loads of trackers, from another forum if anyone is interested but I dont know if NS would want me posting it.
