Insane

has anyone used this work out? i have been using the Infinite Intensity book from rossboxing.com and that works great, but all i fuckin hear about now is P90X, i checked out the websight and it seems like kind of a scam. anyone got anything for me?

you can do the exact same thing without spending a shitload of cash on it. and tony horton isn't the first guy to try and exploit the plateau effect, nothing he's said is groundbreaking in any way.
if you have to, go hire a real trainer and nutrionist. but if you just want to get fit, get buy some dumbbells, a bench, and some running shoes.

yeah i wasent about to drop $100 on it. one of my friends at the gym today mentioned it and i just wanted to know what people thought, like i said i checked it out and it looks like a scam. I have been using Infinite Intensity and it is geared towards MMA and Boxing and that def gets the job done and the book only cost $30. if my friend gets p90x il prob give it a whirl tho just to switch it up
