Is it bad to re-bruise the same spot over and over and over again? Whenever I fall I basically always fall on a spot in between my right hip and ass cheek, so I literally re-bruise it every single time I go skiing. Last weekend I ate shit hard and now its all black and I have a limp, but I'm going night skiing tonight and I know its just going to get worse. I'm going to try to take it easy on jumps and do all my grinds backside though.
But yeah am I going to like, fuck myself up doing this? I've had the same bruise since the beginning of the season and I'll probably have it till April. And its just getting worse every week.
